About me

Maybe you’ve promised yourself “this time will be different,” only to find yourself back in the same exhausting cycle — restricting, then bingeing, then drowning in guilt and shame. You might wonder why you can’t just “get it together” around food, especially when you’re so capable in every other area of your life.

Or maybe your struggle looks different. You’re hyper-focused on eating “clean,” avoiding anything that feels processed, “toxic,” or not perfectly aligned with your version of health. You want to take care of your body — but instead, food choices have started to feel rigid, stressful, even isolating.

You’re not alone.

Whether it’s binge eating, emotional eating, or orthorexia, the common thread is that food has become a source of stress, guilt, and self-doubt — instead of nourishment, connection, and joy.

How I help

I work with women who struggle with emotional and binge eating, and obsessive clean eating. I help them reconnect to their bodies, cope with their emotions without always turning to food, and enjoy their favorite foods without fear of losing control.

Most of my clients have already tried everything — diets, lifestyle plans, exercise programs, supplements, therapy, even medication — yet nothing worked. Not because they lacked willpower, but because none of those approaches address the root cause of bingeing or food obsession.

You don’t need more rules, plans, or tracking.

You need a new approach — one that helps you rebuild trust with your body, unlearn diet culture’s harmful messages, and finally feel at peace around food.

I’ve been there

I spent years and years feeling out of control around food. I’d swing between anxious restriction and all-out bingeing — there was no in-between.

I followed diet plans and “lifestyle changes,” ran for hours every day, and then the moment I took a bite of something “forbidden,” I’d lose control for days. I ate to soothe anxiety, frustration, exhaustion — even excitement.

Every Monday (or new month, or birthday, or New Year) was my fresh start. I’d swear this time would be different — more discipline, stricter plans, cleaner eating. But nothing changed. I felt hopeless, ashamed, and exhausted.

And then I found Intuitive Eating.

It was mind-blowing… and also, somehow, so obvious.
Intuitive Eating taught me to reconnect with my body, listen to its cues, and unlearn the lies diet culture had taught me about food, health, and worth. It’s not another diet. It’s a framework that helps you trust yourself again — and learn how to care for your body with compassion, not control.

Who I am

  • Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor

  • Clinical Pharmacist (PharmD)

  • Integrative Health Practitioner

  • Degree in Psychology.

My background in healthcare and psychology allows me to blend the science of the body with the psychology of behavior change — all while centering compassion and real-life practicality.

My approach isn’t about “fixing” your eating — it’s about helping you build trust, self-compassion, and freedom around food so you can focus on the things that truly matter.

My Happy Ending

(And Yours)

If someone had told me years ago that I could:

  • Eat a few cookies and feel satisfied

  • Keep my old binge foods in the house and forget they’re even there

  • Go on vacation without obsessing about what or how much I’ll eat

…I would have laughed and said, “That’s impossible for me.”

But it’s not impossible. It’s my reality now — and it can be yours, too.

Today, I feel peaceful around food. I nourish my body with care, not control. And I help other women do the same — because food freedom isn’t a fantasy. It’s what happens when you stop fighting your body and start trusting it again.
